Is it ok to buy a car which has an accident with the chassis bent. The owner said the chassis is repaired and it is approved and fine.

It has been raining a lot recently and I have noticed a leak near the front driver and passenger windows. The leak is near the window but coming from under the felt roof of the car. Is there anything I can buy before the leak gets worse?

My car air conditioner will work for about 5 to 7 minutes. It works well for that time but then it stops and the fan continues to blow but it is just blowing hot air from outside.

What does this sound like as far as the repair that my A/C needs? Is it just coolant or is it something bigger?
