I bought a car last year. it had been in a write off by the insurance companies however it had been repaired and approved to go back on the road. Last night my wife had a tyre blow out and crashed into the barrier on the motorway and it is written off beyond repair now. Will the insurance company not give us the car value as it was previously written off?

engine went bad ,mechanic said timing chain broke .Warranty co wants all oil records ,or will not repair car. Idont have the oil receipts,I do have the last two oil receipts and bank records for the last three years where the oil was change.
