Basically no. In the policy it will state if you are permitted to drive other cars if you are then it will almost certainly say that "you can only drive cars that are not owned by you and not insured by you".


If the car is insured and owned by some one else and you drive it with the owners permission you will only have third party cover, in other words if you damage it or cause an accident then your insurance company will not pay out to repair the car.

Only if your insurance policy says so. but you will be driving the Mazda on a 3rd party policy so if you have an accident then the insurance will not pay for your car to be repaired.

Not all fully comp policies allow you to drive other vehicles, so check this before you do.
