I Have A 98 Chevrolet Lumina 3.8l V6 That Chugs When Accelerating?

Could be a number of things. Suggest that you first look at the air cleaner it could be fulled with dirt particles which is restricting the air flow at 30 and more miles per hour.
Other then that need more information. does it do it at all speeds over 30. At what speed does it clear up? Are you hearing any noises from the engine with the radio shut off?Looking at the motor running at night to you see any sparks flying fro the wires?

you mean at a certain speed it acts like a slight jumping feel? it could be the lock-up torque converter. if it is then that natural.
