At the risk of sounding like a paranoid loony, I think Youtube is reading my internet history. Now, I use Google Chrome, so that might have something to do with it, but here goes anyway.
Lately I've noticed ads on the side that really have no business being there, or at least look strange being there. Earlier this month I went to a somewhat unknown website that I've never seen advertise anywhere called LemonFree.com (it's just a site for buying used cars). The next time I went on Youtube I saw an ad for the website on the side next to the video. The video I was watching had nothing to do with used cars, so it really didn't make sense that it was there.
Last night I was on the Buick website looking to see what the 2011 models would look like. Tonight I was watching a video on Youtube and in the side was an ad for the 2011 Buick Regal. I'm convinced that the Youtube is reading my internet history and trying to place ads based on my consumer habits.
What say you people of the internet?

Those are random ads placed next to videos for the owners of the video to get paid. I have a couple. However, your google search history is saved on your account.
