i need to know what wrong with my after replaceing all the part the water still want stay in have to add water .

pressurize the system and look for the leak. a water pump would be on time for a failure. a heater core also.

You may have a blown seal on your water pump, causing fluid to leak out at the spot that the impeller shaft goes into the pump housing and churns the fluid inside the block. Water pumps aren't too horrible or expensive of a fix, but then again, its a Cadillac--repairing them can be full of suprises.

After you check all the hoses for leaks and loose clamps, do what grafitti62 said. The leak at the water pump may appear as dampness or it might show as a crust of powdery stuff around the shaft where the coolant that leaked dried up and built up residue.

If the engine ran hot for a while there's a chance the head could be warped and let the head gasket leak. That's expensive to repair.
